eVoice Events
eVoice Events is an easy-to-program telephone response
management application.
eVoice Events allows non-technical users to easily
define phone interactions through the Web. A simple, but
powerful, graphical interface is used to manage the
events. In addition to ask for the opinion of the calling
users, also messages can be recorded per interaction. For
example, in a gaming event, the user may be asked to
leave its name and address for a future identification
(there may be more people using the same number).

eVoice Events Main Features
The facilities available to create an event are:

Play TTS (text to speech): reads/plays a written text to the calling user

Play audio: plays a prerecorded announcement

Record TTS: plays a text to the calling user and makes a record

Record Audio: same but with a prerecorded announcement

Play Record: plays a previously recorded announcement

Jump: logic execution jumps to a specific part in the event

Choice TTS: plays a text to the calling user asking to make a selection, by pushing a telephone button

Choice Audio: idem but with a prerecorded audio

Register: saves an indication in the database so that the subscriber can analyze afterwards how users behaved

Real time reports: a variety of real-time reports are available to the subscriber to determine nr. of calls for a specific event, accumulated votes, votes from unique numbers, etc.
